This policy explains what EGN Media & Publishing LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use runningtowardthefire.com, the Under Pressure Scorecard, your scorecard result page, and our checkout, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your first name and email address when you complete the scorecard, and your answers to its questions. If you buy, your name, email, billing details and order.
- What your browser sends. Standard technical data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location from your IP address.
- Campaign information. If you arrive from a link or advertisement, we record which one (for example its source and campaign name). The site keeps this in your browser’s local storage so we can tell which channel led to a purchase.
We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processors.
How we use it
- To show you your scorecard result and send you the emails that follow it.
- To process and deliver your order and send receipts.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To understand which pages, emails and advertisements are working.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your first name and email are passed from the scorecard to your result page so the result is tied to you. Please do not share your result page link if you do not want to share those details.
When you complete the scorecard you will receive your result and a short series of emails from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we will still send messages about an order you placed.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this site, and they process your information on our behalf: our scorecard platform, our customer-relationship and email platform, our checkout platform, our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), and our web host. We use advertising and analytics services, such as Meta, to measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor.
How long we keep it
We keep scorecard and contact information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them. You can clear the campaign information the site stores by clearing your browser’s site data.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there and wherever our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
